We've collaborated with Original Beans for our Easter Chocolate cheesecake, using their incredible 55% Femmes de Virunga chocolate. Made with a triple chocolate cookie base and basque chocolate centre.
About the chocolate:
The beans are grown by the world’s first female cocoa cooperative in Eastern Congo. Original Beans works directly with this cooperative, and in addition to providing a livelihood, the project gives the women access to higher education and a professional career.
