We offer free in-store pick up from Tuesday - Sunday. 

Orders can be placed via our website or over the phone during our opening hours. Please note that we may not be able to always pick up the phone and we do not typically accept orders via text message. 

We require 24 hours notice for pick up orders and 48 hours notice for whole cakes and larger patisserie. However, don't hesitate to give us a ring and sometimes we can accommodate last minute pick ups.

We offer London-wide delivery from Tuesday-Sunday for orders over £30.

For local postcodes within 3km radius of out kitchen, we offer local hand delivery for £9. 

For deliveries outside this radius, delivery fee is priced per km and range from £9 to £45.

Please note,  require 48 hours notice for delivery. 

We offer two delivery slots:

• 12-4pm 
• 3-6pm 

We may be able to accommodate deliveries required before 12pm for a supplementary charge - please give us a ring for this delivery option. 

As our products are fresh and perishable, we require a UK phone number for delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery if we are unable to contact the recipient on the day of delivery.

We offer nationwide postal delivery for our signature range of cookies and handmade chocolates. Our cookies are baked fresh on the day of dispatch. Visit our Nationwide collection to see what we have to offer!

We require 48 hour notice for our nationwide postal orders. A minimum order of £15 is required. Due to size and weight restrictions, only two cookie boxes can be packed together in one order. To order more than two cookie boxes, please place two separate orders. 

Please note that orders are dispatched on the day selected at checkout. Orders are delivered via DPD Next Day Delivery. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery as delays with the courier are outside of our control.
