Victoria Sponge with Raspberry & White Chocolate

Our Victoria sponge cake is an extremely light soft chiffon sponge filled with classic raspberry jam and freshly whipped white chocolate cream.  This is a wonderful celebration cake and a real crowd pleaser.  Decorated with mixed berries and flowers.
